Why do some people languish while other people flourish? Because in order to thrive, people need to
learn to build their reservoir of positive emotions, work with negative emotions, build their will-power,
and create nurturing relationships.
What if the secret to a flourishing life was actually a formula? What if the elements were already
known? Turns out, nearly two decades of psychology research have been dedicated to uncovering what
enables people to live vibrant, flourishing lives. Positive psychology is a new field of study that uses
rigorous science to answer the question, ‘What’s right with you? And, how can we build more of that?’

After completing the introduction to Flourishing Skills you can continue the work by applying for the full
Flourishing Skills Group® program. The group meets weekly for 8 consecutive weeks, each week building
and deepening your happiness skillset leaving you nourished and empowered. The Flourishing Skills
Group® program is a fun and interactive way to integrate powerful and practical tools from the science
of happiness and well-being into your daily life in a supportive group setting. People that participate in
this program describe it as a breath of fresh air and an act of self-care that they give themselves each
week. The Flourishing Skills Group® Model is a unique, research-based approach that’s tailored to help
people decrease stress and increase their happiness & well-being in a nurturing and supportive
environment.
